I need to confess to something - a couple weeks ago I really messed something up with Disqus, that accidentally deleted a majority of the comments on the site. I was hoping to find a way to fix it but I haven't been able to. Chapter two and the majority of chapter 3's disqus threads got cleared or merged. I suspect they might all show up on page 116, because I had already uploaded that page into the CMS system, and that does seem to be where the comments link to now. Even so, I don't think I'll be able to get them back to the right pages again, and I'm really sorry. Commenting takes effort and there were some really thoughtful ones in there. I wanted you guys to know that I didn't delete them on purpose and that I'm sorry :(
